Eligibility Requirements 

The John and Matthew Gaudreau Foundation welcomes applications from:

• Families located in the United States.

• Families facing financial hardship or barriers to participation in hockey.

• Families impacted by an unforeseen tragedy, including those affected by drunk driving.

 

Applicants must demonstrate financial need related to a critical unmet expense.

APPLICATION PROCESS​

There are three simple steps:

1. Complete and submit Grant Application below. 

2. JMF staff will review your application and may reach out if more information is needed. 

3. You will be notified of our final decision within six months of application submission. If a grant is awarded, JMF will arrange payment directly to the appropriate organization or service provider.
